RENTAL CONDITIONS

Drivers Licence and Age Minimum 2 years of valid national or international driver's licence and 22 years of age required for group B,C,D,E,F,G. Rental Period Minimum rental is one day. Special rates are applied for long term rentals. Rates Rates include oil, maintenance, third party insurance (up to the limits), 18% Value Added Tax (VAT) is excluded and gasoline should be paid by the client. Chauffeur-driven cars and guide available upon request. Luggage rack available at 2.-Euro day upon request. Child seats are also available within 48 hours of notice. Supplied at 2.-Euro per day. Payment The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car. Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction is excess of 3 hours will be computed as full day. No deposit required for the holders of authorized credit cards (American Express, Visa, Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard). Insurance Client's liability for the collision damage for all groups are 14.000.-Euro per accident. This can be waived at 3.-Euro for the B, C, D groups, 5.-Euro for the E, F, G, H, M groups. However if the car is driven under the influence of the alcohol and drugs, above the legal speed limits, if the traffic and the alcohol report is not submitted within 48 hours, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is considered void, the driver is kept responsible for the damage. If damage CDW is not accepted and in case of theft event of the vehicle, if the vehicle is found within 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay the rental charges up to the date the vehicle is found. If the vehicle is not found within 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay the current value of the vehicle. Insurance does not cover; tyre punctures, windscreen and headlight breakages and theft of the spare tyre. Request for permission for additional driver must be made at the time the car is rented. Otherwise insurance becomes void. Additional driver charge is only 2.-Euro. Delivery and Collection Free delivery and collection of cars at ZAFER Rent a Car stations within office hours, 24 hours service in airport offices. Delivery and collection outside city limits of ZAFER stations are charged depending on the distance. (0.2.-Euro/km) Traffic Fines Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to renter. We reserve the right to subsitute type and make of car under circumstances beyond our control. Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. No car can be taken out of Turkiye. Insurance does not cover the damages due to misuse of car. In case of an accident or any damage, the client is supposed to ask for the correspondent police and alcohol report immediately, without moving the rented car from the place of accident. Otherwise CDW is considered void. In case that the client did not pay the ticket (due to traffic law violation), Zafer Rent a Car is authorized to charge by using credit card account of the client.
